OUR STORY
EL CRUCE's story began long before the company was officially established.
At just 19 years old, Favio Lenz set out to build his own path by restoring an old tea factory that had been abandoned for years.
Through hard work, dedication, and the best use of every available resource, he repaired the facilities and brought the factory back to life, laying the foundation for what would eventually become a well-established company.
In its early years, the factory produced black tea for other companies that trusted the quality of its work. Over time, more and more growers recognized the company's commitment to quality and reliability, allowing the business to continue growing.
This steady growth led to the official establishment of EL CRUCE F.B. S.R.L.in 2006, consolidating a company built on hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence.
The name "EL CRUCE" has a simple origin: the factory is located at the crossroads of two roads in General Alvear, Misiones, a place that, over the years, became a meeting point for growers and workers throughout the region.
Today, that same spirit continues to guide everything we do.
Every harvest reflects our commitment to our growers, our customers, and the land that makes our work possible. We are passionate about producing premium black tea while respecting nature and building long-term relationships based on trust.
